If you're a newlywed it's probably best you don't read this. After 35 years on marriage there is no more ROMANCE. You put up with each other and hope that there is some part of yourself you can salvage after all the time you've spent together. I have come to understand that everyone is NORMAL until you get to know them, that's when the "fun" begins. Mr. practically perfect in everyway does not exist nor does Mr. I have only made one mistake in my life, oh, wait, I was wrong about that.... I no longer ask where are you going or when will you be back? If I have to endure some silly complaint about some nothing it's payback time. My husband insists on loading our dishwasher, it has to be done a certain way you know..his way. I wait until he is out of sight and then I sneak over to the dishwasher, open the door, and turn one of the perfectly aligned spoons upside down. Then I quietly close the door and go about my business. He always checks on the dishwasher before going to bed before he turns it on and can hear him grumbling as he restores order to the stainless steel cutlery...hahaha. I try not to burst out laughing...
