I am trying to resolve some office politic issues at my new place of employment. Things have gone unaddressed for some time and I am finding it hard to motivate people to make the change they want to see. Do you have any ideas? so sorry if this didn't get to you sooner, I was out of the country. I would suggest you buy Martin Seligmans book Authentic Happiness and read about positive psychology. Individuals have to realize that their internal dialogue prevents them from creating the lives they want. All the blame and negativity in many office situations don't get the job done. Putting energy into solution is much more advantageous and in hte end makes for a more peacful setting for all..My best to you..Loretta
