Loretta,

Had the wonderful opportunity to experience your seminar in Halifax yesterday. I haven't laughed that hard in about 10 years. Your direct approach and common sense solutions hit very near and dear to my heart. I realized how silly I let things become and how we let little things fester into something it really isn't.

I haven't stopped smiling. I left the event smiling, I went home smiling, I went to bed smiling, I woke up smiling and I even nade it to work - through traffic smiling. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I even used the "good towels" this morning getting out of the shower.

I am going to buy your DVD and use it as a tool at my regional staff meetings. Simply Fantastic!

May your journey continue to be filled with love, happiness and laughter.

With sincere gratitude.

I also attended the semimar yesterday in Halifax, and came out "a changed woman". It felt good to laugh, but what felt even better was the good advise and common sense tips that you provided. I wish my entire team from work could have been there too!

I think I am the type of person who typically uses the good towels, in fact I often eat my dessert before the main course. However, I needed to be reminded to stop worrying so much about what other people think. My take away message was "who cares?".
