Hello Loretta and Everyone!
Wishing you a very happy holiday season! I wanted to share that this holiday season, I made a conscious choice to transcend a lot of the stress of holiday travel, relatives, shopping...with humor! It really works. Keeping a positive mindset, remembering that kindness and humor prevails over complaining and misery..

The chaos of a thousand relatives in a tiny house with children running around like screaming banshees became "fun!" It can be too easy to get caught up in the anxiety. I used to psych myself out as the holiday approached, dreading social interactions, expecting perfection in situations...no fun at all! This year, I let my hair down, let go of expectations, and allowed the joy to come in...and it did. It really did. I reveled in the chaos, smiled at frowning shoppers and road ragers. I immeresed myself in the moment at my mother in law's house, noticing the smiling kids, the whole beauty of the holi8day madness! Thank God for humor!!! Happy Holidays!
