TRAVEL

Travel expenses include:

Airfare for Loretta. Ground transportation, hotel and meals, etc. for Loretta and her Road Manager.

Client will be invoiced for expenses incurred after the program has been completed

(unless otherwise specified)

Flight Preference

Full jet service (no prop planes).

Hotel Preference

Loretta will select the hotel where she stays. Arrangements will be made in conjunction with the client.

Ground Transportation Preference

Loretta uses a professional car service that will be arranged in conjunction with the client.
There are occasions that she rents a car or is transported by a volunteer from the organization.

Audio or Visual Taping

Taping is an additional charge and must be approved by Loretta LaRoche & Co.
Addendum to agreement is required.

A/V Preference (Keynotes)

Wireless Hand-Held Microphone
CD player off stage with someone to operate it (verify first)
The area that Loretta presents from must be a raised stage area (minimum 8’x8’)
All attendees must have a clear view of her performing area
There needs to be plenty of room on the stage
No podium on the stage
Table (4x4) table on the stage with Loretta with a bottle or glass of water
Loretta’s presentation may not take place when there is any meal or beverage service.
All food and beverage service should be cleared before she begins, and no food servers can be in the room clearing tables during her presentation.
